As you may have seen from the other posts on this blog, the eBay affiliate program does feature a lot on this blog and this is because it was the eBay affiliate program where I really managed to get in to online marketing full time with http://auctionaffiliatesecrets.com
The eBay affiliate/partner program is still very much underused and with gurus telling everyone how to promote products on ClickBank it’s easy to see why (and I am sure there are very good reasons for this, mainly because many gurus have products on ClickBank).
But the eBay affiliate program has the potential to blow ClickBank marketing away because eBay is bigger than ClickBank when it comes to sheer size and the number of products that eBay affiliates can promote. Maybe one of the reasons eBay ‘lagged’ behind as an affiliate option is due to the lack of tools and software that were available (or not available as the was).
Now this is where I have watched as things have been changing. eBay has introduced more and more tools for its affiliates to use while third party companies have also been busy creating tools to assist the avid eBay affiliate. One of the biggest breakthroughs in this area was the launch of “Build a Niche Store” which really blew the lid off the eBay affiliate program.
I openly backed the product when it first came out and I still stand by it today. There simply is nothing else like it anywhere. It leaves eBay’s in house affiliate tools behind too. If you go to the home page of “Build a Niche Store” you will see my original comments that I made about the software when it was originally released.
But what about the tools that eBay offers to you as an affiliate?
Well, two of the most popular ones are the “Flexible Destination Tool” and “The Editor Kit” and in this post, I have added a video (hosted on YouTube.com) which will show you how to use “The Editor Kit” and what it can do for you as an eBay affiliate.
Click on the Video screen below to watch the video and enjoy. Any questions or comments? Post them below and I look forward to reading them.

Edit Update: Since publishing this post the eBay Affiliate Program has changed. It is now called the eBay Partner Program and CJ no longer administer the program for eBay. All the tools on the eBay Partner Program tools page are improved too
Where you used to use a PID code, you now use your eBay campaign ID that that make in your eBay Partner Program control panel.
